Terms of reservation.
1.Condition of reservation a prepayment of 30% of your stay to 7 days (or within the period prescribed by the reception) from the date of receipt of the booking or reservation confirmation receipt.
 2.The rest of the payment to be paid at reception on arrival.
 
3. Prepayment of 30% deposit should be sent to the account, upon confirmation of booking. In the transfer type: the name of the reservation residence or name of person for whom the book a stay, no booking period from to.
 
4. Reservations can be made by phone, fax, email or fill out the form at www.zomecek.pl. When booking the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data solely for marketing purposes by Tatra Zomecek accordance with the Law of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002 pos. 926 as amended .)
 
5. After booking you will receive a reservation number, which you should always rely in making any changes.
 
6.The reservation is made on the person and possibly a company that will make the payment.
 
7. The reservation is considered confirmed after payment of the agreed reservation fee (prepaid) per stay at Pension Account. At the same time the reservation fee payment (prepayment) and thereby make an effective means to confirm acceptance of the reservation booking conditions set out in these Regulations by the person making the reservation.
a. Failure to pay the reservation fee (prepayment) on the agreed date will automatically cancel the reservation.
b. Payments must be made within 7 days from the date of implementation of the reservation or within the period agreed with the reception in writing (fax / e-mail).
c. The reservation fee (prepay) is non-refundable, unless cancellation of the reservation at the latest 21 days before the planned commencement of stay - in this case shall be reimbursed 100% of the paid amount.
 
8. Check-in starts14.00 on day of arrival and ends at. 10.00 on day of departure.
